My personal experience is that yoga fosters transformational awareness of mind, body, and breath, therefore creating a foundation for navigating life. I also know that awareness builds self-love, joy, informed decisions, and living one’s purpose.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) specializing in Hatha, Yin, and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. In addition, I am trained in trauma-sensitive, military-informed yoga through Veterans Yoga Project and Warriors At Ease. I believe that yoga is accessible to all who want to explore and benefit from this ancient yet modern-day practice. I also lead Laughter Yoga groups in the community, promoting wellness using the practice of unconditional laughter.
