Yoga fosters transformational awareness of mind and body, creating a foundation for navigating life. Awareness builds self-love, joy, informed decisions, and living one’s purpose. Simply developing a regular breath practice can prove transformational to health.

My yoga offerings include Hatha, Yin, and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. Through training in trauma-sensitive practices, I teach yoga classes in the community, along with the Veterans Yoga Project and Warriors At Ease. I believe that yoga is accessible to all who want to explore and benefit from this ancient yet modern-day practice. Another means of bringing joy and health to others developed through my training with Laughter Yoga.
